Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days from the time you receive your purchase.
To return or exchange your item, it must be in its new and original condition, with no visible signs of wear or tear. Items that have been altered by a jeweler other than Moiss Jewelry Singapore (for example, rings that have been resized) will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
The original security tag must also be attached to the unworn item. The return and exchange policy will be rended void If the security tag has been removed or re-attached from the item by the customer.
Special orders and custom-made jewellery are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Steps to make a return or exchange of your item
- Request for a Return Authorisation Number (RA #) by writing to us at email@example.com 14 days.
- If we accept your request for a return or exchange, we will email you a Return Authorisation Number (RA #) and the return address to mail your item to.
- Mail the item back to Moiss Jewelry Singapore to the address we emailed you. We will cover the shipping costs for you for sending the item to us and for us to mail the exchanged item back to you. We recommend that you use a registered postal service and keep a record of tracking details as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
- We will use FedEx International Priority to send the new exchanged item back to you and you should receive your item within 3-7 days, depending on which country you’re in. You can track the status of your delivery online with your tracking number.
- For refunds, it will take about 7 working days from when we start processing your refund after the items have arrived to us to when the credit arrives to your bank account.
We will notify you by email or text message via our Whatsapp business number (+6567373973) once we’ve refunded your money to your bank account.
